How long does it take to manufacture custom wheels?
Our ideal build time for custom forged wheels is 6-8 weeks. However, due to the nature of fully custom parts, sourcing specialized materials, precision machining, and finishing processes, total production time can range from 8-12 weeks.

What information do I need to provide for a custom quote?
To provide an accurate custom quote, we'll need the following information:
Vehicle Details: Year, make, and model Wheel Specifications: Desired diameter, width (front and rear), offset, and PCD (bolt pattern) Design Preferences: Profile (convex or concave), lip style, center finish, lip finish, and hardware options Quantity: Full set (4 wheels) or deposit for 2 wheels

Can I change my order after placing a deposit?
Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified or canceled. Because each wheel set is custom-built to your exact specifications, materials are sourced and manufacturing begins immediately after your deposit is processed.
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet started, we may be able to accommodate modifications. However, once manufacturing is underway, no changes can be made.

What is your warranty policy?
All VIP Modular wheels come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers issues related to materials, workmanship, and structural integrity under normal use.
The warranty does not cover damage from road hazards, improper installation, accidents, or normal wear and tear. If you receive wheels with defects or damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a detailed description. We will repair or replace defective wheels at no cost to you.

Are deposits refundable?
No, deposits are non-refundable. All VIP Modular wheels are custom-built to order based on your exact specifications. Once your deposit is placed and production begins, materials are sourced and manufacturing is initiated specifically for your order.
Because each wheel set is unique and cannot be resold, we cannot accept cancellations or offer refunds once production has started. Please review our Refund Policy for complete details.
